BBQ Chicken with Pico de Gallo-Grilled Chicken breast seasoned with in-house made rub topped with fresh pico de gallo

 

Fruit Salad-Mouthwatering strawberries, grapes, cantaloupe, pineapple & honedew melon.

 

Potato Salad-Red Bliss potatoes, chopped egg in a mayonaise base.

 

Crispy Vegetable Slaw-Savoy Cabbage finely chopped along with peppers, carrots, onions in a simple vinagrette.

 

Corn on the Cob-Roasted Corn served along with Chili Lime Butter.

 

Vegetarian Chili-Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian lovers will love this black bean chili served with a cooling side of sour cream & crunchy tortilla chips.
