For this Mediterranean Themed menu the food items were the following:

 

Shrimp Bisque-Decadent and satisfying shrimp bisque soup, 

 

Chilled Carrot & Ginger Soup-

 

Mixed Green Salad with Balsamic 

Vinagrette-Leafy greens with a simple balsamic vinagrette.

 

Cous Cous Salad-Earthy cous cous salad, with other chopped veggies.

 

Antipasto & Grilled Vegetable

 Platter- Grilled marinated vegetables and meats, arranged on a display platter.

 

Eggplant Parmessan-Breaded and fried eggplant, served on a tomato sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese.

 

Pasta Station-Orecchiette pasta and chicken, served with a creamy pesto sauce.

 

Dinner Rolls-In-house made golden rolls.

 

Chefs Selected Desserts -A variety of cookies and scones.
