This brunch menu consisted of the following items:

Pear & Gorgonzola Salad-Mixed greens mixed with candied pecans and colorful earthy beets.

 

Roasted Corn & Tomato Salad-Oven roasted corn, diced tomatoes, jicama mixed with a roasted garlic vinaigrette.

 

Roasted Potatoes-Golden and delicious oven roasted potatoes.

 

Display of Sliced Fruit-Beautifully arranged sliced melons, strawberries, kiwis and grapes.

 

Apricot & Bourbon Grilled Chicken-Chicken breast with a savory sauce, topped with slivers of crunchy almonds.

 

Omelette Station-Omelettes made right in front of your eyes, topped with choice of cheese and chopped veggies.
